At OFFBELL, every product is made-to-order with a focus on premium quality, careful production, and customer satisfaction. Since our products are specially produced after an order is placed, we maintain a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality control.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect size sent by OFFBELL
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by customer
Minor color variation due to screen differences
Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
Custom or personalized products
Products without original packaging/tags
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within:
48 hours of delivery
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Required Proof
To process any return or replacement request, customers must provide:
Order ID
Clear photos of the product
Unboxing video (recommended)
Description of the issue
Refund Process
Once the returned item/request is reviewed and approved:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit
Replacement Policy
Eligible products may qualify for:
Replacement
Store credit
Refund (if replacement unavailable)
The resolution depends on product availability and issue verification.
Made-to-Order Policy
OFFBELL operates on a made-to-order production model. Each product is manufactured after the order is placed to reduce waste and maintain premium production standards.
Because of this:
Returns for customer preference or sizing mistakes are not supported.
We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within:
12 hours of placing the order
Once production begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and production volume.
OFFBELL is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational issues.
