SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All OFFBELL products are made-to-order to limit inventory waste. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders containing 3 or more products.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes where applicable. Availability will be confirmed during the checkout process.
Tracking Details
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and a link to trace your shipment will be shared with you via email and SMS.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Made-to-Order Statement
At OFFBELL, all garments are made-to-order to limit inventory waste and maintain our commitment to slow, ethical manufacturing. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Eligible Return Cases
Returns or exchanges are strictly accepted only if:
• The product is received in a damaged condition.
• The wrong product was received.
• There is a clear manufacturing defect.
• The wrong size was dispatched by OFFBELL.
Contact Period & Photos
Customers must contact the OFFBELL support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please email offbell99@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage, defect, or wrong item/size.
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at offbell99@gmail.com with your order details.
Production Kick-off
Once production has started (after the 12-hour window), cancellation is not possible as each item is made-to-order.
